Kids Summer Reading Program 2023
Cambridge-Narrows Regional Library
 
Come join us every Wednesday morning in July and August
from 9:30 to 11:30
We will be reading stories, playing games, making crafts
and having other fun activities throughout the summer.
 
Our themes for July are Fairy Tales (5th);
Pirates/Princesses (12th);
Safari (19th);
and Under the Sea (26th)
 
Our themes for August are Nature (2nd);
Air (9th);
Around the World (16th); and
Theatre (23rd).
 
You must be a member and pre-register your child
for each activity day, as there is limited space (10). 
To confirm your spot, visit the Library and fill out
the registration form.  It's free!

2021 Outdoor Children's Program

Thank you to everyone who participated in this program this summer - our students, Hannah and Rebekah for sharing their musical talents, all of the girls and boys who took part in the program and their parents and guardians.  Have a great school year!

  

 

Summer Arts Program 2019 (Free!)

 Ages 6-12 - every Wednesday of the summer starting July 3rd (excluding August 21)

9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the C-N Municipal Building, unless otherwise stated

Come join us for a morning of singing, dancing and acting with our instructor, Monet Comeau, who has trained in Toronto at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts and is currently in the process of getting her Master's Degree in Musical Theatre at the University of Surrey, England.

Summer Reading Camp 2019 (Free!)

Mondays 10-11 a.m. (4-6 year olds)

Themed readings and crafts/games each week!

Starting July 1st with a Canada Theme!

Wednesdays 1-2 p.m. (7 year old and older)

Reading some of our summer student's favourite junior fiction novels!

Starting July 3rd with Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

*Children attending the summer arts program from 9:30 to 11:30 are welcome to walk to the library with Monet and eat their lunch before storytime.
